Unlimited Support Coverage - Unlimited phone, remote or online support from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week
Recertification and Testing - Annual system recertification and testing
Comprehensive Status Reports - All-inclusive checklist reporting the status of your equipment is included with each recertification and testing visit
Unlimited System Training & Reorientation - Unlimited training and reorientation for all current and new staff members
Guaranteed Response Times - A technician call within 2 hours of your request and an onsite visit with 4 hours when needed
Software & Firmware Upgrades - Applicable system updates to operating software and firmware
Shipping - Equipment shipping costs are covered when sent in for repairs
