The Total Care Support subscription program is a proactive and comprehensive service, meticulously crafted to optimize your healthcare technology systems, including nurse call, fire alarm and security. This all-inclusive program is designed to significantly reduce the maintenance workload of your support staff and establish a predictable, budget-friendly cost structure for your organization.

 


For a cost-effective annual or monthly fee, you’ll receive:

  • Unlimited phone, remote or online support from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week

  • Annual system recertification and testing

  • All-inclusive checklist reporting the status of your equipment is included with each recertification and testing visit

  • A technician call within 2 hours of your request and an onsite visit with 4 hours when needed

  • Applicable system updates to operating software and firmware

  • Equipment shipping costs are covered when sent in for repairs
