Security Project Highlight: Activision Offices

Location: Activision Offices in the U.S. and internationally

Description: Activision chose TRL Systems to install a security management platform in its Southern California offices and asked TRL to act as project manager working with Activision’s vendor partners in various cities around the world including London, Ireland, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, Singapore and Hong Kong.

TRL System is managing the enterprise system topography and remotely assisting in installing regional servers in North America, Europe and Asia. TRL Systems will perform the installation of the software for each server (SQL and OnGuard) and client machines (OnGuard), and set up Active Directory for all servers and clients.

Details include:

  • Program the Master Server and Two Regional Servers

  • Set up the replication and allocate IDs for each regional site

  • Input system hardware: readers, cameras, NVRs/DVRs, inputs, and outputs

  • Create custom cardholder forms

  • Program system settings: badge types, user permissions, access levels, and time zones

  • Import/input cardholder data from all sites, including cardholder names, photos, and badges

  • Perform the testing of the system with a test panel to ensure all functionality
